Integration

When we embark upon change, we move from one state to another, traveling through uncharted territory on the way.  Integration into that new state is the dynamic and ongoing process of becoming more connected, congruent, and fully at home in your body, with space for all of the parts. This is not a straight or even linear path, but one full of curves and spirals, with side trips, unexpected benefits, blessings, and challenges. 

Integration occurs as the healing process moves toward completion for the time being, and continues in the spaces in between. The osteopath James Jealous calls these “the sessions between the sessions”.
